It can be very frustrating to us when we become restricted to do things what we have done for many years and worse when we feel dependent on others. Sometimes we get depressed about being helpless and dependent on others. These are some the emotions we go though when we are stuck in a wheelchair.

But by using a lightweight wheelchair we will begin to live a normal life where the simple tasks can be completed alone without the assistance of others. And with the simple fact of the reduced weights we can begin to integrate in to the system.

This four wheel drive feature allows climbing wheelchairs to go on surfaces that other wheelchairs only dream off, surfaces like grass, gravel, or cement with equal ease; additionally slopes inclining or declining are no challenge for the climbing wheelchair.

There are some limitations to using the climbing wheelchair as a doctor must prescribe the wheelchair to the user and of course the user needs to be properly trained as they don't want fall backwards down any stairs.

Multi fold portable wheelchair ramps allow you to reach over higher obstacles than most other ramps, typically they fold into 4 pieces but when folded are still longer than the other ramps, multi fold wheelchair ramps are very heavy duty and are heavier than other ramps and will be as long as 12 feet in length.

Manual wheelchair can be sometimes be very awkward because of the weight. Luckily, lightweight wheelchairs are already out in the market for a while. Most of this kind of wheelchair are coded as K0004 (a Medicare code) which lessens the cost as compared to a regular manual wheelchair.

Kerbs which last time obstructed you passage now can be climbed over with ease, just by moving up the kerb and moving your weight backwards will make the wheelchair understand that you want to climb and it will begin automatically.

The climbing wheelchair also has the ability to allow the user to reach higher shelves or chat to others at eye level.
